Shipping Policies 

Email sales@lucidcorals.com to get an accurate shipping rate to your zipcode.  In addition to actual freight cost, orders are subject to a $6 packing fee (covers styro as well as any heat packs or ice packs necessary).
 
For the cheapest shipping quote email sales@lucidcorals.com, and include your order list as it
may qualify you for shipping discounts depending on the amount of the order as well
as the items ordered. 

All livestock shipped one day is guaranteed by our Livestock Policy. 

Shipments can be arranged for 2 day shipping on certain coral and inverts. We will not ship an order by this method if we do not think the livestock will survive. Such shipments are not guarenteed. 

Orders will not be shipped until payment is received in full. 

Livestock Policies 

We guarantee the full value of all livestock shipped one day.  In most cases we will be able to replace the coral with another frag from the same mother colony of comparable size. If we cannot replace the coral, you will receive a frag of your choice (some exclusions may apply), or a refund equal to the value of the coral. Shipping and packing fees will not be refunded. Losses may be subject to a reshipment fee. 

We will always make arrangements and schedule delivery times to facilitate a safe, and speedy transport of these corals from our tanks to yours. Outside of these arrangements, we cannot guarantee corals that are not attended to in a timely fashion upon delivery, therefore we require notification of damaged/stressed corals within 2 hours of receipt of package, including photographs.
